Money-back guarantee terms and conditions
These terms apply to the ScriptForge first-month paid subscription guarantee. The guarantee is designed for genuine users who tried the product and do not believe the feedback helped improve their script.

The guarantee applies only to the first month of a paid Script Forge subscription.

Free plans, credit packs, competition entries, one-off purchases, discounted trials, renewals after the first month, and App Store purchases are not covered by this website refund flow.

The refund is limited to 100% of the first monthly subscription payment actually paid through Script Forge checkout.

Only one guarantee claim may be submitted per customer account, billing customer, or household.

To qualify, the customer must complete the full refund questionnaire with meaningful, specific answers, including report-by-report feedback for every Script Forge report generated during the covered subscription period.

Incomplete answers, keyboard-smash text, repeated filler, or responses that do not seriously answer the question will not qualify for an automated refund.

Script Forge may decline or manually review claims that appear fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, incomplete, or outside the first-month eligibility window.

Submitting the questionnaire confirms that the customer does not believe Script Forge feedback improved, or could reasonably improve, the submitted script.

Approved refunds may cancel or downgrade the subscription and may remove paid-plan access from the account.

Refund timing depends on the payment provider, the customer's bank, and the original payment method.
