- Free plans, credit packs, competition entries, one-off purchases, discounted trials, renewals after the first month, and App Store purchases are not covered by this website refund flow.
- The refund is limited to 100% of the first monthly subscription payment actually paid through Script Forge checkout.
- Only one guarantee claim may be submitted per customer account, billing customer, or household.
- To qualify, the customer must complete the full refund questionnaire with meaningful, specific answers, including report-by-report feedback for every Script Forge report generated during the covered subscription period.
- Incomplete answers, keyboard-smash text, repeated filler, or responses that do not seriously answer the question will not qualify for an automated refund.
